Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I took her 14 day Cleanse and Burn and loved it! I lost ten pounds and it didn't make my heart feel all fast like other diet pills do. I totally recommend it!

I'm pretty sensitive to a lot of things...they make my heart race, etc. I tried Jillian Michael's Detox and Cleanse and had NO issues at all. Still finishing it but I feel great.

I have tried the detox and the calorie control pills> The calorie control pills work. They make you full, and when you are full you stop eating. I never finish a meal. You take them 15 minutes before every meal, but I may go 30 minutes, and I am really full. But like classic dieting the Jillian Micheal's way, you must had exercise to it. I recommend them.

How can you balance your hormones from wanting sweets? I have really been serious dieting since Jan. I lost 10 lbs. then I started wanting sweets. My daughter got married and I said I was going to enjoy wedding cake, then I just jumped back on the sweets. I am always hungry. I drink water, water, water... I have tried Subway, nothing happens, the Jorge Cruise diet (I lost the first week then stopped), I cannot find the magic diet. My sister is losing on Jillian Michaels pills. I started with the fat burner & I had no side effects, but I am not losing weight. I am taking RX prescribed Meds (wellbutrin & xanax .05 mg) and my doctor tells me it does not make you eat. However, after taking meds 30 min I want to eat & eat? Is there any hope for me Jillian?

I was loosing the couple of weeks on the fat burner pills. So I decided to buy the Calorie Control. My sister stands by both the fat burner and the Calorie Control pill. My sister said that it makes her eat less. She has lost alot of weight and looks great. You have to exercise some. I just purchased the Calorie Control pill so I don't know if it works. I am going to start taking it. Let you know soon.

The Formula "diet" works awesome for people who are on a plateau (they have a fat flush program that doesnt even seem like a diet) it basically is 403030 splitup using carbs, protein and fats. its for insulin resistant people (pcos people) for diabetics - people with high blood pressure. it is a lifestyle change. I lost 50lbs on it. they say no caffeine the first two weeks - and no sugars (other than the natural ones in fruits ) with or without working out you can lose weight. I went to the gym 4 days per week. 20 min cardio and weight training. the result was amazing! its a healthy way of eating using all foods, and you get a lean toned look. (with treats mixed in!)if you used the supplements with it, I bet the it would be an even better tone and lean look if they do what they say they do. =) goodluck!

Hi "frustrated" - I can understand why you're feeling frustrated after the work you've put into changing your diet and adding exercise to your life, but you've not said how long you've been doing this. While the TV commercials and magazine ads make weight loss seem easy and instantaneous that's just now how it works. Even without a personal trainer or nutritionist though there are many things you can do. We have a comprehensive Diet Center Reference page which includes a lot of information on a wide variety of diets as well as a section on how to find the right diet for you and many helpful articles. https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/diet-center

It also sounds like you're doing this by yourself which can be really hard. Finding a support group, whether face to face or online, has proven helpful to many people because it encourages accountability, the sharing of ideas and enables people to support each others.

I hope these ideas help you, will you let us know? The toughest part is often making the decision to change your eating habits, and you've already done that. We wish you all the best!! Take care, Pat

hi call me frustrated-
i was thinking of using these weight loss supplements. I went from eating mcdonalds everyday to homecooked baked chicken raw and cooked plain veggies, i mean a total eating trasformation! i went from 0 excersize a week to 60 min everyday. and i have lost nothing. i am 80 lbs overweight and im trying soooooo hard. i keep a food journal and i track everything from fat to transfat to cal to carbs to fiber. if its on the label i can tell u how much i had that day. i cannot afford a personal trainer and i cannot afford a nutritionist. i am so desperate for help. Please if any of you have anything to offer please let me know!

I started the pills on Wednesday(march 24)I swear, overnight i lost 5 lbs. I haven't weighed 120 since last year. I had tried exercising, eating less. But I couldn't keep up with any kind of plan. I just needed a little help w/cravings and these pills did it in 1 day. Cant wait til the end of the week.
P.S. I dont have any heart conditions and i modified my caffeine intake.--N.Gonzalez,RN
