Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I have tried them, and they definitely work. The one I ordered was the Extreme Fat Burner. I ordered it from Amazon and it arrived within a few days. I noticed that it gave me energy and suppressed my appetite. I lost 15 pounds within 3 weeks time - and my routine included eating healthy and exercising 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. I would recommend this product to any woman out there who wants to lose weight quickly!

Although I love Jillian, supplements like that just don't work

when taking the pills do you need to exercise on a daily basis or can you just eat healthy and loose the weight?

From Milo, As a professional in the fields of nutrition, exercise and supplements I give this advice everyday. No one dietary supplement works better than the other as most of the ingredients are similar in their action on the body. For long lasting weight loss start with a sound nutrition plan and a good exercise routine that you'll stick with. Weight loss happens fast in the beginning then tapers off, only then should you consider a cycle of a good fat loss supplement. Avoid fad diets and magic pills as most are a mixture of diuretics and laxatives! Best Wishes, Milo Cronos N.S.C.A.

I first tried the Detox, Cleanse and Fat Burner program in April. I lost 5-7 pounds in the first 2 weeks. I also changed my eating habits according to Jillian's book, "Master Your Metabolism". I have told many friends and family about the book and they also LOVE it. She is very insightful and has done her research. I had no side effects from the fat burner program, but I did notice a reduction in cravings and defiintely lost a lot of my belly fat. I gained 60 pounds due to thyroid medication that I have been trying to lose for almost 4 years, unsuccessfully. I have currently lost 30-32 pounds since April and feel great. I even fit into a pair of pants I bought before I gained the 60 pounds!! And I only lost 1/2 of that!!! I lost it in the right places though (belly was a big area!!) I continue to eat healthy most of the time but I do indulge every once in a while. I at more veggies and very little red meat! LOTS of chicken and turkey, fish and shrimp ! Lots of salads and I pretty much gave up my ranch dressing for a lighter, olive oil one. Do not cook with butter anymore, just use a lot of extra virgin olive oil!

Read Jillian's book and I definitely recommend the detox, cleanse and fat burner program!

I tried the system in conjunction with exercise and did not notice any difference at all. I was very disappointed. Also - on her products it states that you receive one free week membership BUT you have to provide a credit card for that......so I didn't get my free week.

I am so sad and disappointed that people are buying into Jillian's diet pill scam. And she is such a hypocrite for always preaching about natural healthy weightloss with diet and exercise and then trying to make a quick buck by selling DIET PILLS. Think about it! There is no such thing as "quick start rapid" weight loss. You have to do it yourself through hard work, diet and exercise. Ask any doctor, RD or personal trainer and they will tell you the key to LONG TERM healthy weight loss is by doing it naturally.

You don't need a drug to make you not feel hungry. When you have a craving, eat something healthy. Hell, eat an entire cantaloupe and four heads of lettuce with a light vinaigrette dressing and you're still in good shape. Once you get into a routine of consuming fewer calories + working out, you will begin to notice the differences.

I lost 25 lbs without any pills or supplements. I work out HARD, I use body-weight training, yoga and cardio and I burn more calories than I take IN. It's not rocket science people, and any pill or supplement you take will inevitably turn out to be a short-term distraction from achieving the kind of weight loss you can maintain for the rest of your life.

I'm interested to see if the Jillian calorie control diet pills work too. I bought them yesterday @ walmart and took my first two pills an hour or so ago. So far I've had a bowl of oat's and a glass of water.. and feeling full and satisfied:) Hopefully it stays that way. I've tried a dozen other diet pills and nothing has worked so far:(

I am thinking of starting the 14 day starter weight loss kit,but I fine some of the instrucions a little bit confusing, second week is it one type of pill in the morning and two of the others, then just two of the others (in the bottle) in the evening. My 20+ wedding celebration coming up and want to loss 15 or 20.
