Jillian Michaels diet pills do they really work?

Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I would really suggest calling the company (surely there's a 1-800 number listed on the product?) and asking them this question. It's a great question and without knowing the formulation or having a doctor look at it, it's impossible to give you the right advice. Please don't use two separate products at once without talking to a doctor or the company; it seems like that might overwhelm your system!

Hi anonymous,

Thanks for your share and congratulations on your weight loss. What I always say is whatever works for you keep going and I am sure it will be worth every sweating moment. Sounds like they are working great for you but with any new weight loss plan, anyone starting one should certainly consult their physician first.

Again, thanks for your share and keep up the great work. We look forward to hearing from you as your progress continues.

I know this is a little off subject, but I have been doing the wii workout and have lost 8 lbs in 1 week. This may sound like water weight, but it's not. I have been dieting for over a month and was only losing 2 lbs a week. I really like the workout it gives me. I do it for 30 min a day. I just bought the quickstart program yesterday and will post if I see results. I have another 16 lbs to get to my ideal weight of 135. I hope to get there by December!! We will see

Um, you would need to burn 28,000 calories more than what you ate to lose 8 pounds of fat. 8 pounds x 3500 calories/pound = 28,000 calories.

To do it in one week, that's 4,000 calories per day. That would be equivalent to running/walking FORTY MILES each day. No way can someone of your weight burn that amount in 30 minutes. Either you're lying big time or that's mostly water weight.

BTW, losing 2 pounds per week at your weight is the safe way. Going faster can result severe health problems. Ever notice most of the Biggest Loser contestants aren't paraded in public? Some are able to maintain their massive weight loss but most of them regain.

I used thermolean and a bodybugg. They are both expensive but they worked. The bodybugg probably had more to do with it than the thermolean but it is the more expensive of the two. I was able to lose 50 lbs. in a year (slowly and safely so it will actually stay off) and have about 30 more to lose. Good luck!
