Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I purchased a box of her fat burner pills and experienced no change. I'm doing fine with my exercise and eating plan without them. Perhaps my metabolism is different. Not going to buy anymore.

I have been using the fat burner pills for over a month now and have noticed a significant decrease in appetite. I was jittery for the first few days but I was also still drinking coffee. After two days that went away. I also follow a lot of the tips that jillian provides in master your metabolism as well, which definitely helps with weight loss. The dvds obviously speak for themselves. The pills seem to be one more way she is trying to help people lose weight. I do not think for a second she would come out with anything that would be harmful, she has even said on a few talk shows that she takes them.

How do you guys take these pills, the fat burner that it ? 15-30 min before a meal, or before a work out in the morning, or does it matter ? I started taking them 3 days ago and I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
Thanks.

Lol, sorry for the 3 posts. My phone wasn't processing, and my thumbs were getting tired by the third post. Please just look at the first of my posts. Lol, sorry again.

I have lost 8 pounds, in 10 days. Stomach cramps suck. I want to try the rest of the product line. I weighed 340 in June. I was down to 315 before trying this. If you have any questions on any other diet pill, and side effects, or you need a little help, please email me. I am on my bb, 20 hours a day, and love to chat with people. HI , i have been reading all the post but never seem to read how much you all are trying to lose. It would be moe helpful if we can compare the results to number of lbs that one is trying to lose. Normally the more we have to lose the quicker the first 10lbs drop.

I am a dude. Sorry, typed in Jillian Michaels diet pill, and got this. I read some posts, and want to put in my 2 cents.

My name is Mark, June 15th I decided, I was done being 340 pounds. I had been trying differnet diet pills here and there prior to this affirmation. I went to GNC in August tried a thermogenic, didn't work for me. Then I tried Recreate for 6 weeks, it worked, but I think my body got used to it. So I am now trying the Fat burner by Jillian.
I take two jillian tabs, two tonilins, a multi, a dss at my meal. Prior to workout I take 2 ephadrines due to asthma. I do the same for breakfast and dinner. I am down to 307.
Now advice: there are many tablets out there. If that is the route you want to go, that is your choice. Save the reciept, it may not work. Our body chemistry is different from one person to the next. I have read books, and have tried majority of the store products out there. If anyone has questions, I can answer them. I know about side effects, pros and cons of many of the tablets. First things first, so you know I am not an idiot- never ever say you are on a diet. Saying you are on a diet is like saying you are financially poor. It is a state of mind. It will make you more prone to failure. [email address removed by moderator] hit me up, I can help.

Jillian Michaels- after 10 days, good stuff, side effects, heart beat irregularity, nervous twitching, nausea, upset stomach, the trots, high blood preasure, light headedness, headaches. Its about the same as most of the stuff out there. I think some of this product is similar to Alli- it will help capture some of the fat, and release some of the fat from your internal storage, to burn. The downfall to the product is the stomach cramps, and the lack of info on or in ther box. Other than that, I am happy with the product and would like to try the others.

I've been taking Jillian's fat burner pills only for 7 days now. Along with a sensible diet and 1 time in the gym, I lost 7lbs this week. I am very excited and honestly think that these pills work. Last time I took fat burner pills was 2 years ago and I remember I gave up after 2-3 days because there were giving me rapid heart beats. Not this time. I can't feel the difference, my scale does though. I have 40 more lbs to lose and I know that I can do it. I got great support. I'll keep you posted :)

I have never used Jillian's diet pills, but I read her book, "Master Your Metabolism" and I lost 7-8 pounds in a week by following some of her advice and working out daily. I'm sure some of it was water weight, but that has to come off first right? For those of you who don't feel comfortable taking the pills, there are multiple vitamins included in the ingredients which you can take separately, like CLA of Vitamin B, or Chromium, all metabolism booster which help your body process food & sugars into engery. I've taking these along with eating alot of the items she recommends in her book and I think there's some pretty sound principles there.
