Hi, I have a question. A few days before my Ovulation (according to my period tracking app) my boyfriend and I got into some heavy petting, and at some point he was rubbing my clitoris. Before though, I was cautionary and asked him when the last time he masturbated was, and he said the night before and he took a shower earlier that morning. My ovulation was yesterday and I did masturbate last night. (fingering, no dildo) However, this morning I woke up so dull, aching pains in my lower abdomen and what feels like muscle pain in my vagina. Usually I am paranoid about this stuff and I usually get my period a week or two later, But I am still fearing the worst. FYI, my boyfriend *has* rubbed my clit in the past and my period still rolled around. But I don’t think we’ve ever done something like this so close to my ovulation.

Heavy petting (foreplay) does not cause pregnancy. For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina. Your period is late for other reasons. I'm sure it will come in due time. Stress will only delay it more.
