Hi I've had both internal and external hemorrhoids I had it treated with an insert tablets and stool softener, the internal hemorrhoids use to come out and I use to push it back in, now it's a couple months after and I feel like the internal hemorrhoids is back, I've been constipated a while and recently start back forcing myself to pass stool. Yesterday when I had force myself to pass stool it was really hard too, I started bleeding from my butt it wasn't dripping nor was it in the toilet bowl and after a couple of wipes it stopped, today when I pass stool again it wasn't as bad as yesterday but I'm still seeing the blood when i wipe, it's not just a simple spot but quite a bit it's red in colour I'm not ichy down there and it doesn't hurt at all, the hemorrhoids don't come out anymore it goes back in right after .....Is it the internal hemorrhoids or is it something else that's more serious??

Since you have a history of hemorrhoids it's possibly that. However, anytime there is unusual bleeding and it's concerning to you, it's always best to see your doctor to be certain.
