Age 56 and have had hystorecomy and bladder reconstruction surgery. I have a fear of a vaginal prolapse again. Is that possible? What preventives, such as kegel exercises can I do to prevent any prolapse? Thank you for your help.

It is important that you speak with your doctor first before starting any new treatment or prevention regimen. So, to answer your question: yes, kegel exercises can help to prevent recurring prolapse, even after hysterectomy.
