Hi Babe and thanks for bringing your concern to the EmpowHER community.

Skipping your menstrual cycle one month, and then having your period for 13 days is not normal. You need to make an appointment with your gynecologist to determine what is causing your irregular periods. This is not something that can be diagnosed over the Internet.

Will you let us know what you learn?

Best,

Pam

Hi babe - Good to hear that you saw your doctor and that you're getting the help you need to get back on track. You may also want to read some of the articles on the EmpowHER site about perimenopause to get prepared for changes that are coming your way. Hope you have more peace of mind now and than everything works out well for you. Best, Pam
