Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to our community.

As we age and if you are female, reach menopause, our metabolic rate slows down.

What is your height and weight?

A moderately active 62 year old female should be consuming 1800 calories per day and a moderately active 62 year old male should be consuming 2400 calories per day.

Reducing caloric intake, making wise food choices and increasing level of activity might just help, at least maintain a healthy weight,

Regards,
Maryann
