I'm 56 on HGH full menopausal can I get pregnant

I am not certain until I get proof I just realized I may be pregnant. I am 56 on HGH supplements for 3 months now and full menopausal. My question is did my HGH cause a spike in my hormone levels enough to get pregnant at my age?

Hello, Anon. Thank you for posting.

Human growth hormone (HGH) is an important hormone produced by the pituitary gland.
Also known as growth hormone (GH), it plays a key role in growth, body composition, cell repair, and metabolism.

As women age, their hormone levels fall and menopause begins, eventually resulting in their ovaries no longer producing eggs. However, while many women believe that menopause happens overnight, the process (peri-menopause) can actually take years to complete, and until then, a woman can still get pregnant. Are you post menopausal? Meaning you have gone 12 consecutive months without a period (bleeding).

The only way a woman can get pregnant (naturally) after menopause is through a donor egg and in vitro fertilization. Once menopause is complete the ovaries no longer produce eggs. Taking HGH will not change this. A pregnancy test will ease your mind. Some women simply need to *see* a result no matter. And that's fine!

There are benefits as well as side effects of taking HGH. Copy/paste the link below for more information.
