Ii have some kind of a big flea I thought living in my body how do I get rid of it

With regard to your issue - you need to see a doctor about any possible infestation in your body. You may have intestinal worms, or scabies or some other issue that needs treatment. Please schedule an appointment as soon as possible with your doctor - this may be cleared up quite quickly.
