so me and my boyfriend have unprotective sex, bad idea I know.
for the past few months my period has always came when my period app says so. this month, it didn’t come. I am 4 days late right now and I’m super worried. I’m 20 and I’m at that age where I’ll be okay if I was, but my boyfriend leaves for 9 months soon and I can’t do this alone. a few days ago I had thick white discharge so bad I had to go to the bathroom at work and wipe it off, I thought my period was coming. on the day of my expected period, I started to have sore breast, major back pain and I was cramping on and off. now, I have all three but the sore breast. and my discharge is watery and white, sometimes it feels like my period is starting but it’s not. I’ve stressed my period away before, but idk if I am this time.

Hello again!

PMS and pregnancy symptoms are similar so we cannot say which scenario is more likely.
Best,

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

I understand your concerns but worrying and overthinking isn't going to any good. You need to take a pregnancy test - that is what they are for! Nobody can tell you if you are pregnant but a test can.
Good luck!
