I was getting out of my truck and I felt a sharp pain like I got hit with a bat in the back of my calf I can hardly walk and it feels like there's a knot inside my calf muscle I started sweating and got sick to my stomach what could cause this

It could be a muscle cramp, pulled a muscle in your calf or perhaps even a small tear. We cannot know. The sharp pain likely made you feel ill. If it's swollen, ice it, otherwise moist heat is soothing to a muscle cramp. A doctor's evaluation is needed to know exactly what is going on.
