i took all the two tables of postior 2 immdiatelly after unprotected sex, two night ago, today am have a tick whilte discharge and my vilganin is itching me. did the pills work? am i pregent? what should i do?

There is nothing more to do.
Taking the two pills at once is fine. Nobody can tell you if you will get pregnant or not but your risk is less than 5% so you don't have much to worry about.
Your discharge and itch could be side effects of the medication. Look up the website to see if this is a possibility. It could also be a yeast infection. Since you had unprotected sex, you may have picked up an infection from your partner. If your symptoms don't leave within 5 days, see your doctor.
Your next period could be in a day or two (bleeding is a side effect) or could be a few weeks from now. You can test for pregnancy 10-14 days after sex. But your risk, as stated above, is very low.
