I noticed red bumps on my nose that don't have pus or look like acne. They itch and have peeling skin when scratched.

I don't think this is rosacea. Symptoms of rosacea include:

a flushed, red face with sensitive, dry skin that may burn or sting
small bumps and pimples or acne-like breakouts
skin that gets coarser and thicker, with a bumpy texture
dry, red, irritated eyes

Vicki. this may be a staph infection. I suggest you see a dermatologist.
