Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

If you're not comfortable or unclear in these situations, tell your boyfriend to stop.

Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time.
A woman would also have to be ovulating and engage in unprotected intercourse with ejaculation.

Taking a shower or cleaning the genitals will not prevent pregnancy.

Wait for your period and stay calm. There isn't anything else you can do. We can't tell someone whether they will be get pregnant or not. Use a condom in future and take control of your body.

Susan

There is no reason to take Plan B if your period is 5-6 days away. You will not be ovulating.

Hello again

The pull out method is only dependable if he knows what he's doing and you know your cycle extremely well and your cycle is very regular. Otherwise insist on condoms. You're not making a smart decision by allowing the pullout method. I'm sure you boyfriend prefers unprotected sex but you need to look out for yourself. Was the experience worth all this stress? You are your first priority!
But since you are so close to your period, there is very little risk. We can't guarantee a woman won't get pregnant. All we can say is based on your information, there is very little risk. Try not to worry, I'm sure your period will be along within a week. Keep us posted!
Best,
Susan

Anon,

I won't repeat what Susan has already told you. It sounds like your period is on its way. Worrying about it will only delay it further. There is nothing else we can tell you. If you are still concerned a pregnancy test will ease your mind.

best,

Helena
