I keep getting theses under the skin sores on the side of my nose. If I squeeze them a white liquid comes out and it hurts .

I assume these sore are on the outside of the nose?

It sounds like you have white-heads - this is a kind of acne, where oil and pus are released upon squeezing. Are you using any kind of skin products or acne products to deal with this?

Nose strips may be able to help, or a good acne wash/scrub and light moisturizing (not heavy or thick creams).

A dermatologist can also help.
