No pain involved just feel like my abdomen and pelvic area are swollen

Hello. Thank you for posting.

Swelling in that area might mean infection.  Located throughout the body, lymph nodes often swell and become tender when fighting an infection.  We cannot know if this is the cause of the swelling. If it persists, see your doctor for an exam.
