It has created a spinal curvature, I also have a Labrel tear and a cist in my right hip, pain goes from my shoulder thru hip into right foot, Pain is around a nine today on the scale. Cant take much more- in my small town the doctors wont prescribe pain meds, I cant take the Rhu inhibitors as I am severe asthmatic- I need to do something to stop my extreme pain.

Thank you for writing and I am sorry you are in so much pain.
Pain medication is highly regulated now due to the prolific prescription pill addiction epidemic that this country is seeing. An unfortunate consequence of this is that people in genine pain have difficulty getting help.
My advice to to ask your doctor for advice on getting a pain management team together to help you. Various disciplines (nutrition, physical therapy, and some sort of pain easement) need to work with you to help you with your care.
