i have low estrogen low testoterone low blood sugar and hypothyroidism

i have just been told that all my adrenals are low my hormones and my thyroid i am already on thyroid meds and had a hysterectomy at 40 i have never been on any hrt i also have rsd, fibromyalgia,ankylosing spondilytus and parry-romberg syndrome i am just trying to figure out what to do about my levels i go back to the endocronologist in a week or so just confused but now i realize why i am feeling so bad
