Q:

I have a hard knot on the top of my left foot. Nothing similar on the right. It appears to be attached to a ligament that goes to the middle toe. The knot itself it close to the ankle joint. Is there a cause for concern?

Hi Anon,

Have you sprained a ligament? Do you feel pain? It could be a sprained tendon or ligament. Otherwise it may not be anything to worry about but you should always have anything that is new checked out.

Please keep us posted,
