I have a hammertoe and I hate it!!! I have been doing some exercises for about 2 months and I just want it to go away!!! No pain just think it's ugly!!!

A hammer toe a foot condition in which the toe has an abnormal bend in the middle join. It is usually caused by wearing shoes with high heels or narrow toe boxes. It often affects the toe next to the big toe.

Treatment can include wearing roomier shoes, specific exercises, and using shoe inserts or pads.
