Your frequent periods or Polymenorrhea maybe be caused by common causes like stress, excessive exercise and/or medication. Are any of these a factor for you?
More serious causes include potential issues with pelvic organs, especially those that involve hormone disturbances. The best thing to do is have a medical evaluation and determine what can be done, if anything to normalize your menstrual cycle.
