I have a friend that uses meth and he gets these little volcano like burrows all over his neck back throat face ..they are not imaginary as i have vacated a bunch of them just being nosy they are ver small oblong hard bugs when the burrow is popped

You may be referring to what are known as "meth mites" and they are actually imaginary. Meth causes scratching and picking at the skin. What you are feeling may be hard scabs but there is nothing burrowing into your skin - these are sensations caused by meth addiction. Liquid may be from healing scabs. The side effects of meth are very painful and frightening.

Please seek medical help for meth use.
