I have been having pain on my right side where my appendix is and real bad pain in my back especially if I have to urinate the pain increases what could it be

Thank you for writing. We can only speculate as to what may be going on but you may have kidney stones, gallstones or it could be your pancreas or your appendix. It's important to see your doctor for an exam.
