I've suffered from conversion disorder for 10 years now. For the first 7 years they thought it was myoclonic dystonia, before finally diagnosing it as conversion. I underwent 60 qeeg neurotherapy sessions for treatment and it cured about 80% of the movement. I still suffer from blepharospasms and aphonia at times but the symptoms are easing. Neurotherapy had the effect of drawing out subconcious psychological problems from the past that I was consiously unaware of. They were and still hard to deal with but overall things are improving .
