I have abdominal blockage of aorta greater than 70 percent. One doctor wants to do aortobifemoral bypass the other doctor just shrugs and says just take the pletal go on with your life. My feet are getting neuropathy

I have complete occlusion of right lilac artery I am confused and afraid what can I do?

My advice is to get a third opinion. It will match one of the two other opinions you have already had. I don't know what a plethel is. A 70% blockage is serious - a third opinion is warranted.
