I had my regular period and now 4 days after I started bleeding again, I switched birth control and missed a few pills also had unprotected sex alot. Not sure why but could I be pregnant? or does anyone have an explantion?Please I am desperate for answers

Hello and thanks for your question -- Many factors can contribute to breakthrough bleeding including switching birth control pills, pregnancy and more serious conditions such as infections, polyps, fibroids or disease.
