I had a complete hystorictomy 25 years ago i have no sex drive and vaginal dryness. That was ok when i had no sex partners. But now I do is there anything I an do besides lubs for the dryness?

If lubricant is not working, some supplements claim to help but they aren't generally FDA approved- not that that always means anything. You could check at GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe.

Medications such as Wellbutrin, Flibanserin or Addi may improve sexual desire. Hormone therapy, for example, may combat bothersome night sweats as well as help women who have vaginal dryness and discomfort during intercourse.

Have you considered any of these options?
