Hello Anonymous,
Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to our community.
We cannot advise you on how to gain weight. That is something you must discuss with your physician.
Understanding type 1 diabetes and how it affects your body is a good starting point.
Type 1 diabetes is a chronic condition in which the pancreas produces little or no insulin, a hormone needed to allow sugar to enter cells to produce energy.

Anonymous, you mention that you weigh "50". Is that pounds or kilograms? How old are you?
How tall are you? Are you taking insulin? Has your physician intrusted you to follow a particular diet, count carbs and to eat a healthy diet?
