Numbness in left hand is still there. 10 days now or more. Hand has no grasp, small finger is useless and stays bent into palm. Any ideas on what it is and what kind of doctor should l go see. Thanks much. Ted

Do you know how you got this muscle strain in the first place? You may have nerve damage in your hand as a result - this is called peripheral neuropathy. A neurologist can help you further.
