You can be in Menopause. but the pain on your side doesn't sound to good. Please see your OBGYN. to make sure that you do not have any Fibroids. you may need a D&C.
God Bless.

Have you considered that you may be experiencing menopause? The symptoms you describe (irregular bleeding), as well as your age, may be the simplest explanation. You can click on the word menopause for more information about signs, symptoms and ways to relieve symptoms.

When you said, "hell break lose for about a hour i will bleed with colt" are you saying that you bleed heavy for an hour, then stop? Are you experiencing any pain, or just that the bleeding is heavy and/or sudden?

When is your next appointment with your gynecologist? You can always call and talk about your symptoms, and request a test to check for your hormone levels to see if you are beginning menopause (especially if you need some symptom relief).
