I have worked in mostly fast paced capacities for at least 20 years and i used to be a very strong multitasker. But over the last few years,my memory, focus and concentration has gotten so bad, that I am at risk of losing my job. How do I know if this is age related or if there is a medical problem?

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community.

Consider scheduling an appointment for a complete physical exam with your primary care physician. It is a good place to start and rule out any underlying medical condition that may be the cause. Keep us updated.

Regards,
