I feel so much pain when I try to walk making me feel I am worsening the problem. Is this part of healing?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Congrats on your new baby, I'm sorry your labor was so complicated.
If it's unbearable to walk, don't try.
You should be in some sort of treatment plan to get better for some time now- are you in physical therapy? You should be in in-home physical therapy now and working several times a week with a therapist. Who are working with now in order to heal?
Please let us know more so we can help you further-
Best,
Susan
