Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Many things can cause a woman or a man to be infertile or not be able to conceive.  It can be due to ovulation problems, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis and many other.  It's important to know what can be the cause, so you can have the proper treatment. Have you seen a fertility specialist?

Best,

Daisy
