I am experiencing major hairfall since 2 months. My hairs are falling like hell . I loose 300+ strands per day. I tried everything but nothing worked. Please do something so that my hairfall and acne spots go away. I have lots of cystic acne and white hard pus acne in my face . It comes and goes in 3 days and leaves a very dark red mark. I don't know what to do Iam so alone so depressed i am so ugly. One can see my scalp clearly because i have hardly some hair left in my scalp. Please suggest me what to do . I feel embarrassed to shake hands with people because they are sweaty all the time. I always wet floor because of my sweaty feet. I tried every power every lotion lots of things but nothing suits me. I tried many medicines for face as well but nothing happened. I know one day all my hair will fall down and i will be totally bald. I am afraid please suggest me what to do. Please i am so worried . Hello Anonymous,
cia
Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad you reached out to us for help.

Body image is so important. How we view our bodies can have a strong impact on our emotional health and overall well being. I appreciate how all these problems are making you feel.

Have you been evaluated by your primary care physician? Have you seen a dermatologist?

Your health issues cannot be resolved over the internet.

The cause of hair loss needs to be identified.

Although neurologic, endocrine, infectious, and other systemic diseases can sometimes cause hyperhidrosis,or excessive sweating, most cases occur in people who are otherwise healthy. Heat and emotions may trigger hyperhidrosis in some, but many who suffer from hyperhidrosis sweat nearly all their waking hours, regardless of their mood or the weather.

The approach to treating excessive sweating generally proceeds as follows:

Over-the-counter antiperspirants containing a low dose of metal salt (usually aluminum) are usually tried first because they are readily available.

Antiperspirants containing aluminum chloride (for example Certain Dri) may be more effective when other antiperspirants have failed.

Prescription strength antiperspirants, which contain aluminum chloride hexahydrate.

Iontophoresis, a device which passes ionized tap water through the skin using direct electricity.

Oral medications, Anticholinergics reduce sweating.

Botox (botulinum toxin)-A, has been approved in the U.S. by the FDA for treating excessive axillary (underarm) sweating.

miraDry. This technique uses microwave energy to permanently kill sweat glands.

Lasers. Lasers can target and kill the underarm sweat glands.

Surgery. A procedure called thoracic sympathectomy may be considered as a last resort.

The biggest breakthrough in acne treatment has been the development of topical retinoic acid, a form of vitamin A. New slow-release forms of this medicine greatly reduce the irritation it can cause.

Other acne treatments target the various causes of acne. They're often used in combination. These acne treatments include:

Azelaic acid cream

Alpha-hydroxy acids (including glycolic acid, lactic acid, and gluconic acid)

Benzoyl peroxide

Topical antibiotics (gels, lotions, and solutions)

Antibiotic pills (haphazard use may lead to antibiotic resistance)

Birth control pills for women

Accutane or Sotret for severe acne

One caveat: Accutane and Sotret can cause birth defects. Women who opt for this treatment must use foolproof birth control. Despite this and other concerns, these drugs are the treatment of choice for severe acne.

Maryann

Hello AnveshaSharma,

I am glad to have helped. You need to see a dermatologist about that. Laser treatment may be an option.
