Can you describe your symptoms? What do you mean by "irregular menstruation"?
Many women have cycles that range from 21-35 days ("day 1" is counted as the first day of your period), and not all women have perfectly "regular" periods every cycle.
One option that many women choose to regulate their periods is to use oral contraceptives.
