I have been diagnosed with hep c. My viral load was too low to genotype. My ALT is 294 AST 169. Does that mean I have Cirrhosis? I'm getting an ultrasound

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

We do not diagnose or interpret lab results for our readers. However, we can say that your numbers are very high and may indicate some kind of liver disease or other condition of the body. Your ultrasound will let you know more.
Best,
Susan
