Hello Anon
Thank you for writing to us!
You need to talk to someone about how you are feeling. Depression and anxiety are serious health issues that doctors and therapists can help with, just like they can help with broken bones and surgeries.
Please make an appointment with your doctor for a talk. A therapist can help you understand why you are feeling this way and how things can get better. Talk therapy is a great tool. You may find you need medication too but it's not always the case. Medication can also help restore balance in the part of the brain that is depressed/anxious.
Talking to a good friend can be very comforting. Physically, a healthy diet and especially exercise is a known therapeutic tool for depression. Some daily sunshine (20 mins) will also help.

Please stay in touch with us.
Best,
Susan
