Hello Anon
Thank you for writing.
Head massage is one of the best ways to naturally produce oil in the hair.
Indian head massage is offered in some hair salons - it also introduces a lot of oil into the hair and scalp (and can be a bit messy!) but works well. It's also relaxing if you enjoy a firm scalp massage.
Use shampoo sparingly and use conditioner with oils - Moroccan oil is a popular choice these days, but coconut oils and olive oils would work too.
