How do you determine if its your actual period or spotting?

im 17 and i am pregnant i have one baby and never had bleeding like i do now the bleeding is regular like my period but i went to the doc to find out if i was having another one and for sure i was but that dont explaine the random bleeding ive had for 4 days so can you help me out give me answers on what i need to do

My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex.. On 16TH! And her periods are scheduled today... As she had her last period on 17TH October, I dint ejaculate inside her..or any way close.. To be exact dint ejaculate at all.. And there is no chance of precum as I dint ejaculate anytime sooner either!
Today she did bleed a little (dark red brownish in colour)
Not sure if she's perioding or spotting, we're very worried!! She has cramps..and abdominal pain.. Would She be pregnant? Please help asap
And would taking a contraceptive if you aren't gonna be pregnant, be of any harm?
And can she get pregnant even after getting her periods?
Do you think she should take a pregnancy test?

.im 16 and im afriad im pregnant.. my boyfriend fingered me for the first time 3 weeks ago, we dont if he had pre ejaculation on his fingers when he touched me though... 4 days later i started bleeding like my normal period with my normal flow but it only lasted 4 or 5 days when it usually lasts 6... a week later, i started randomly lightly bleeding. this lasted 5 days and the yesterday and today i have been having brown blood and discharge...ive been researching and scared that it could be implantation bleeding.. ive also been very stressed for the past 2 months with my grandma and dog very very ill & due the fact that i might be pregnant... could that have some effect on my period ? please help me! im very scared!!

I had sex, and the condom broke, my period tracker said I was supposed to get my period 10/29 and it never came. He came inside me and we didn't realise it broke till he pulled out. I started bleeding later that night but it didn't seem like it was my full period, but I've been changing my tampon like usual and it doesn't seem like its my period. Hi im sorina, im 17 and havent had sex, but i am sexually active..4 days agomy boyfriend fingered me( sorry for the TMI) and then touched himself and fingered me again.. but we dont know if he pre-ejaculated..he said he didnt but we dont know for sure. Im suppose to get my period sometime next week. but today out of nowhere i started bleeding. its bright red and had blood clots..im afraid im pregnant :( please help!
