Hi Annie,
I found that changing my diet and focusing on giving it more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff really made a huge difference. It is all about regaining balance and that means taking out the inflammatory foods and adding in alkaline rich foods.
You can check out my blog: www.endoangel.com and also I have a facebook group of many girls who feel 100% better since using natural methods to heal.
You can do this Annie. I have been where you are and that frustration is GREAT motivation to make some real changes.
Hugs to you sweets.

Hi Annie,
April 14, 2011 - 5:26pmLike you, I was fed up with the pain Endometriosis caused and didn't want anymore surgical procedures either. I came across a site about an Endometriosis diet, bought the book and have been on it for 4 months now. The diet is very restrictive but the results for me are amazing. I'm virtually pain free. The last month I reintroduced some of the foods I was restricted from eating (mainly wheat and a little red meat) and still no pain. I'm still completely off diary so I'm thinking that might be what triggers my Endo (and I used to consume a lot of dairy!). Either way I've never eaten better and the bonus of no pain makes it all worth while, which is why I thought I'd mention this diet to you.
Best wishes
Jo

Hi Annie,
Although there is no real cure for endometriosis, there are many treatment options available to you.
The Endometriosis Organization has a great website http://www.endometriosisassn.org/ here you can find treatment options as well as any information or support groups.
Take a look through this post-- it has some very good information https://www.empowher.com/community/ask/can-endometriosis-still-come-back-after-complete-hysterectomy
I don't know if you have had surgery or have been given the option for surgery but the post also includes some first-hand experience by our readers.
Best Wishes!
