I've tried a few different kinds and the one I like best is [G] Stimulating Gel. It is all-natural and water-based, which is important to me, and works great! It does contain the L-Arginine and Niacin to increase blood flow, and Menthol & Primrose Oil for a tingly sensation to increase sensitivity. I am able to have more frequent and intense orgasms. My fiance loves the effect [G] has on me!

You can get the [G] Stimulating Gel at The Vitamin Shoppe - not sure what other locations but there's a store locator on their website. Or just purchase on-line at www.OceanusNaturals.com

Enjoy!!!

Hi sam1,
According to the website for one product, an enhancement cream designed for women, claims the active ingredient is the amino acid L-arginine which increases blood flow to the genital tissue and improves sensitivity, thus leading to improved feelings of sensation. As a secondary effect lubrication will be triggered. It further contains lactic acid, which is good for the bacterial balance.

Ive never used them before but apparently they are suppose to intensify the area (make it more sensitive) the more sensitivity the better the orgasm!
