Have 2-3 PRUNES or 2 DATES every single morning with a glass of LUKE WARM WATER.
Hope this helps you too!

Hello Anonymous,

Stools that resemble pebbles indicates constipation and lack of fiber in the diet. This can be avoided by added more roughage by increasing the servings of fruit and vegetables in your daily intake. Replace red meat with servings of beans. Be sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day, at least six 8 ounces of water daily. If necessary, you may need to take a stool softener. But, check with your physician first.

Regards,
Maryann
