It's not possible to get pregnant through anal sex. If you are still worried after another month has passed, seeing your doctor will probably put your mind at ease.

Hi aasmipatil,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. If you only had unprotected anal sex, you can not get pregnant this way.  The only way a woman can get pregnant, is through vaginal intercourse.  Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy

I had a similar situation somehow.
You are not pregnant because you didn't mention that you guys had penis-vagina intercourse, not even ejaculation happened inside you.
Anal sex will not make you pregnant. And genitals touching/rubbing when dry will not make you pregnant too.
That is your period (because you are stressed, you are finding tiny differences and changes in your period, its normal). During pregnancy you do not have periods. It is called implantation bleeding and is much lighter and shorter. People confuse it with periods.
Last thing. Your home pregnancy tests said negative results. Then no pregnancy.

However, we all should use protections to avoid any pregnancy risks if we are not ready for kids yet. Consider a type of birth control if you are willing to engage in sexual activity in the future.
