i will done a ultrasound of lower abdomen,
the report is-
1) scancs show uterus of normal echo pattern and contour
2) measuring 58*28*57 mm. thickness of endometrium is 6mm
3)both the adenexae are clear
4)right ovary show an ovarian cyst of szie 43*36 mm approx is seen
4)left ovary measure 20*20 mm
5)bladder is well distended and does not show any intraluminal pathology
6)no pelvic collection is seen

I hope I understand you correctly, you have been married for one year and now you are trying to get pregnant? Are you having troubles getting pregnant and this is why you had an ultrasound?
What have your doctors told you about your cyst? Are they removing it? We cannot help you with only the utrasound information you provided. Please provide us with more information so we may better assist you.
