my body is very weak and sore,i feel pain in my stomach wen i take a deep breath,having this painful headache and my body temperature goes up and down,now am bleeding i dont understand why or how.please help me understand what is wrong with me.

You must contact your physician right away. Where do you live? Have you recently traveled to west Africa? Are you a health care worker? Where are you bleeding?
Reading your symptoms, particularly elevated temperature, body pain and headache, my first thought is Ebola.
The first symptoms of Ebola are the sudden onset of fever, fatigue, muscle pain, headache and sore throat. This is followed by vomiting, diarrhea, rash, symptoms of impaired kidney and liver function, and in some cases, both internal and external bleeding such as oozing from the gums or blood in the stools.
I cannot make a diagnosis. You must consult your primary care physician.
