So me and my Girlfriend was having sex and I ejaculated on her back but there still might have been semen on the tip of my penis, and i was rubbing it around her clitoris area never penetrated afterwords and some might have gotten inside and I was wondering if she could get pregnant from that?

There is a small risk, yes, if any ejaculate might have gotten inside the vagina. You seem unsure as to what was on your penis. What you are doing is risky as accidents can easily happen. A condom should be worn during any genital to genital contact if pregnacy is a concern.
