Heart function rate

Before my last heart operation in Oct they had a rate of 55, I just had a nuclear stress test now it came back at 39 percent , for the last 3 months i have a breathing problems, the lung Dr said it's heart problems, the heart Dr said it's a lung problems , what is going on

You need to get a second opinion, away from both doctors, to know more. Considering you have a history of heart problems, a cardiology office should be your first call.

When one doctor said it was a lung condition ,did he/she say what kind?
