Has anyone else ever had a crusty nipple?

Hi, please help! I recently noticed that my right nipple has a little bit of dried skin/crusty skin. It's sort of looks normal like the rest of my nipple apart from the rough texture. I have been very stressed out lately so could that be the reason of this? I'm also a hypochondriac with a lot of past health anxiety issues. I recently got my breasts checked out but there were no lumps or anything unusual. I'm only 21 and I really don't want to have breast cancer, I'm stressed out to the point I could just cry all day. Please can anyone help?

Thank you for writing!

Nipples are part of the skin - the largest organ of the body. You may have dryness in this area. Try using a good moisturiser or Vaseline on the nipple to see if this helps. If not, talk to your doctor but this is likely to be a skin condition rather than a issue with the breast itself.
